We believe that our employees are the key to our continued success and are looking for a Research Associates-Small Animal.

Responsibilities include:
•Maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
•Reads and performs laboratory protocols, and assays or tests as assigned.
•Record and enter raw study data into templates for Study Directors while maintaining clean paper work.
•Set up for laboratory procedures and maintain ancillaries.
•Monitor and report animal behavior.
•Maintain general cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
•Assist with or perform surgeries.
•May perform necropsies.
•Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and GLPs.
•Participate in cross training of the non-human primate facility.

Qualifications/Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months of related animal experience.
•BS in scientific discipline preferred.
•Must be available to participate in rotational weekend and holiday schedule.
•Must maintain satisfactory attendance and reliability to ensure the most efficient running of 24 hour facility.
